color: rgb(204, 153, 51);font-family:trebuchet ms;" &gt;ELABORACIÓN&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;div style="text-align: justify;"&gt;&lt;span style="font-weight: bold; color: rgb(204, 153, 51);font-family:trebuchet ms;" &gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(204, 153, 51);font-family:trebuchet ms;" &gt;En un recipiente introducir la harina y mezclar la levadura, hacer un hueco y añadir poco a poco la leche, los huevos (previamente batidos) y el azúcar, cuando empiece a quedar amasado añadir la mantequilla y acabar de amasar hasta que quede una masa fina y compacta.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(204, 153, 51);font-family:trebuchet ms;" &gt;Se envuelve en un paño limpio sin apretar la masa y se deja reposar 1 hora y media.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(204, 153, 51);font-family:trebuchet ms;" &gt;Cuando ha pasado el tiempo hacer bolitas de la medida que queramos teniendo en cuenta que una vez las saquemos del horno serán casi el doble.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(204, 153, 51);font-family:trebuchet ms;" &gt;Vamos colocándolas en una bandeja del horno, previamente engrasada para que no se peguen y las pintamos con clara de huevo, las dejamos reposar 1 hora más y las introducimos en el horno precalentado durante 35 minutos. Añadimos las olivas y el atún, mezclándolo todo bien. Aconsejo, retirar un poco de aceite de la lata de atún para que no quede todo aceitoso. Cortar a taquitos los espárragos e introducirlos también.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div align="justify"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:trebuchet ms;color:#663300;"&gt;&lt;/span&gt; &lt;/div&gt;&lt;div align="justify"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:trebuchet ms;color:#663300;"&gt;Por último añadir la pasta ya escurrida con todo el resto de ingredientes, y dejar templar un poco antes de introducir en la nevera. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div align="justify"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:trebuchet ms;color:#663300;"&gt;&lt;/span&gt; &lt;/div&gt;&lt;div align="center"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Trebuchet MS;color:#3366ff;"&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div align="center"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Trebuchet MS;color:#3366ff;"&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div align="justify"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Trebuchet MS;color:#3366ff;"&gt;Las cantidades son al gusto, y según para cuantas personas se cocine, menos el caso de la piña.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div align="justify"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Trebuchet MS;color:#3366ff;"&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div align="justify"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Trebuchet MS;color:#3366ff;"&gt;En caso de utilizar piña grande se servirá en plato normal, pero si utilizamos las piñas pequeñas queda muy original servir el coctel dentro de la misma piña.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div align="justify"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Trebuchet MS;color:#3366ff;"&gt;&lt;/span&gt; &lt;/div&gt;&lt;div align="justify"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Trebuchet MS;color:#3366ff;"&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div align="justify"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Trebuchet MS;color:#3366ff;"&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div align="justify"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Trebuchet MS;color:#3366ff;"&gt;Empezamos cortando la piña en taquitos pequeños, si son las pequeñas las partimos por la mitad y la vaciamos sin romper la cáscara, que así nos hará las veces de plato.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div align="justify"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#3366ff;"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Trebuchet MS;"&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Trebuchet MS;"&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div align="justify"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Trebuchet MS;color:#3366ff;"&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div align="justify"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Trebuchet MS;color:#3366ff;"&gt;&lt;/span&gt; A continuación añadir maicena o harina, cucharadas de una en una, mezclándolas bien antes de la siguiente, hasta conseguir una masa cremosa, sin grumos.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Introducir el bacalao y cubrirlo con el resto de la leche. Bajar el fuego al mínimo y ir removiéndolo todo para que no se pegue, pero sin romper los trozos de pescado. Antes de introducir la fuente al horno, echarle un chorrito de aceite por encima del pollo.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: trebuchet ms; color: rgb(51, 204, 0);"&gt;Una vez esté dentro, dejar durante 10 minutos el fuego fuerte y luego bajarlo al mínimo para el resto de la cocción. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: trebuchet ms; color: rgb(51, 204, 0);"&gt;Mientras, cortar y pelar las cebollas y pimientos a trocitos medianos. Cuando esten mezclados añadir la cebolla, el pimiento y los guisantes; cuando la cebolla esté a medio hacer echar el tomate y dejar que éste se fria.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Cuando ya esté todo en su punto, o casi, añadir las gambas y/o escamarlanes si se tienen y a los 5 minutos el arroz, repartiendo éste último por toda la paella y acto seguido los dos vasos de agua, dejarlo a fuego medio hasta que el arroz esté listo. O sea, poner un poco de aceite en la base del recipiente, colocar los boquerones uno al lado del otro, abiertos hacia arriba, y repartir un poco de ajo y perejil picados. Cuando esté a medio hacer añadir el tomate, el orégano, la sal y la pimienta. (El tomate puede ser frito, entonces no necesita tanto tiempo de cocción).
